Eight exterior colour options for this car. These options are Cyber Gold, Dimension Purple, Gamma Green, Magnetic Grey, Photon White, Photon White Matte, Flowing Silver, and Night Blade Black. By launching, the officials have revealed its dimensions. The length, width, and height are 4,900 mm, 1,890 mm, and 1,470 mm, respectively.

This car has five seats in a 2-3 layout. Behind the second row seats, it has 465 litres of boot space. The cargo space behind the rear seat can easily accommodate multiple small pieces of luggage. The second-row seating folding features are also available; they help with extending the cargo capacity.

The design of this car is different from the Hyundai IONIQ 5 model that is sold out of China. Its front end has the modern DRL lighting signature that resembles the letter H. The main headlamps are placed just below the DRL strip. This car’s side gets flared wheel arches, front-door-mounted side mirrors, and flush-type door handles.

At the rear, this electric car features slim horizontal taillights on the tailgate and outer edges. Other details that are clearly visible at the back are the IONIQ lettering on the tailgate and the roof-integrated rear windscreen. Overall this vehicle’s exterior is quite futuristic and has an aerodynamic body that helps in better energy efficiency.

The company says that all five variants are available with the rear-wheel-drive drivetrain. All these trims get a permanent magnet synchronous motor with a single-speed automatic transmission at the rear axle, but the power output for the 540 and 650 variants is different from one another.

Notably, the PMSM in the first three variants delivers 140 kW of power from a 53.5 kWh lithium-ion battery pack. For the last two trims, a 66.8 kWh unit is available, getting power from the same; the PMSM on them delivers 168 kW. The manufacturer also has revealed the battery is sourced from CATL.

The company also revealed the charging specifications. It takes only 20 minutes for 20 to 80 per cent charging.

Interior features have also been revealed officially. The company has already disclosed that its cabin gets a 27-inch ultra-thin 4K central display that is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8295 cockpit processor. The “Cyber Eye” HUD system that projects driving data on windscreens is also available for this recently launched car.
