VLF, the Italian electric two-wheeler brand, operates in India under the Motohaus India. It officially launched the VLF Strada on October 11, 2026. The company has launched this electric scooter in two variants; they are City and Max.
The manufacturer has introduced this model as a rival to the Yamaha EC-06 and the Suzuki E-Access. Launching this electric scooter, the company has officially announced the price and unveiled the details.
The ex-showroom price is ₹119,999 and ₹155,500 for the City and Max variants, respectively. The latter is ₹35,501 more costly because it has a large battery pack and more range than the former one, but the features are similar for both.
Four color options.
MotoHaus India has officially started the booking for this electric two-wheeler with the launch. Anyone who is interested in buying this model may book through the company’s official website with just the payment of ₹999.
The company says that the delivery for the two-wheeler EV will start in November 2026, but the actual date is still pending. The VLF Strada electric scooter is available in a total of four colors.
These colors are Carbonio Black, Urbano Silver, Titanio Grey, and Luna White. Availability of four different color options has provided choice to buyers to choose from. Each color option has its own characteristic.
Features sporty design.
The VLF Strada electric scooter gets a dual-beam projector LED headlamp at the front end, giving a modern touch. It is clearly visible that the side integrated with the headlamp housing.
Other things that we can clearly see from the front are a large transparent windscreen that extends to the front cowl; it adds a sporty touch.

From the sides, a two-piece stepped seat can be seen on this e-scooter. This layout enhances seating comfortability for both pillion and rider.
For the rider’s foothold, there’s a large flat footboard; even there’s a foldable footpeg that helps with the pillion’s leg support. At the rear, a luggage rack and horizontally oriented taillamps on the fender.
Disc brakes on both wheels.
As per the MotoHaus India, the seat height and ground clearance are 780 mm and 175 mm, respectively. The seat height is ideal for short-height riders, and the ground clearance is good enough to pass the road with potholes and speed breakers.
The manufacturer has confirmed its curb weighs only 98 kg. It means this e-scooter is quite light and can be easily handled in busy traffic. Officially unveiling the wheel size also, they are 16-inch and 14-inch.
The solid disc brakes are present on both, with a 240 mm diameter for the front and 220 mm for the rear. A total of three-piston calipers are available on the front wheel and two on the rear.
5-inch TFT display available.
It underpins the steel tubular frame with the 31 mm hydraulic fork and twin hydraulic suspension units, respectively. To ensure safe braking, the CBS (Combined Braking System) is also available, which distributes force between the wheels.
Between the handlebars, it has a 5-inch TFT instrument cluster with wireless connectivity. The TFT display is available with turn-by-turn navigation and also features call and SMS alerts.

The keyless entry, illuminated ignition, USB Type-A and Type-C charging port, and three different driving modes, including Eco, City, and Sport, are the features that further enhance the riding experience, as per the company.
City driving top speed.
The VLF Strada electric two-wheeler, both variants, City and Max, are equipped with the BLDC motor, which is mounted on the wheel hub. The peak power output and torque of the electric motor are 4.8 kW (6.43 bhp) and 34 Nm, respectively.
MotoHaus India itself has confirmed that the City variant gets a 2.16 kWh lithium-ion battery that is removable; the Max trim has two units of the same. The IDC range on the full battery charging is 130 km for the city and 250 km for Max.
The claimed range can be achieved only if the certain conditions are met. Notably, the rear-world riding range will vary depending on riding style, riding mode, road condition, and traffic. The company also has disclosed the top speed; it is 84 kmph for both variants.
